1. The service
ROARANGE.ai ("the Service") is an AI-powered business advisor operated by ROARANGE Business Strategies, LLC ("we", "us"). The Service provides general business education and guidance powered by large language models, plus optional human MBA review.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Service. By using ROARANGE.ai you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information during sign-up and onboarding.
- You may not share your account with others or impersonate anyone.
- You can delete your account any time from Profile → Danger Zone.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- We offer monthly subscription plans (Pounce, Roar, Prowl, Pride), a bespoke tier (Mane — contact sales), and one-time add-ons (such as the $99 Founder Review, available only to Pride members). Current pricing is shown on the pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel any time from the Billing page; access continues through the end of the paid period.
- All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
- Refunds. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. For billing questions email hello@roarangebusinessstrategies.com.
- Pricing, features, and availability may change. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate the rights of others.
- Upload content you don't have the right to share.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Use automated bots to interact with the Service.
- Resell, redistribute, or repackage Service output as your own professional advice.
- Submit content that is harmful, harassing, or infringes intellectual property.
6. AI output disclaimer
ROARANGE.ai provides general business education only. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or insurance advice and does not create a licensed-professional relationship. AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, or factually incorrect. Always verify important details with a properly licensed professional in your jurisdiction before acting. 7. Your content
You retain ownership of the business information, messages, and documents you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you (for example, sending messages to the AI model, storing them for your future reference, and—if you opt in— providing human MBA review).
We do not use Your Content to train public AI models, and we do not sell it.
The Service is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI models and may perform live internet searches to answer questions that depend on current information. Information retrieved from the web may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate; always verify important facts with the cited sources before acting on them.
8. Our intellectual property
The ROARANGE name, logo, website design, and Service code are owned by ROARANGE Business Strategies, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.
9. Limited outbound AI call pilot
The Service may offer a limited pilot that lets a customer ask Leo to place a specific business call. Each pilot call must be individually approved by an authorized customer user before it is placed. The pilot is not a bulk calling, marketing campaign, or independently operated calling service.
- Leo identifies itself as an AI assistant and identifies the customer on whose behalf it is calling.
- Pilot calls may be transcribed in real time so the conversation can work and a summary can be provided. We do not retain an audio recording of the call during this pilot.
- If a recipient asks not to be called again, the Service records that request and blocks further pilot calls to that number.
- Calls are limited to permitted local calling hours configured by the Service. Those controls do not replace the customer's responsibility to determine whether a call is lawful and appropriate.
Customers may use the pilot only for recipients they are legally permitted to call and for a lawful, non-deceptive business purpose. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of recipient details, having any consent required by applicable law, honoring prior do-not-call or opt-out requests, and complying with laws and industry rules that apply to the call. Customers may not use the pilot for unsolicited sales solicitation, political outreach, emergency services, harassment, or calls involving illegal, discriminatory, or deceptive conduct.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. Important: ROARANGE Business Strategies, LLC and its team does not access your AI interactions unless you explicitly opt in to human review.
11. Service availability
ROARANGE.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination your active subscription is canceled and account data is removed (subject to limited backups and legal-hold requirements).
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROARANGE Business Strategies, LLC and its affiliates, founders, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI output. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROARANGE Business Strategies, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ROARANGE Business Strategies, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
