Nothing in this service constitutes legal, financial, tax, medical, or insurance advice. ROARANGE.ai does not draft, review, or recommend regulated documents (such as legal contracts, tax filings, or insurance policies) as a licensed professional would. Treat all output as educational framing only.
3. No licensed-professional relationship
Using ROARANGE.ai does not create an attorney-client, accountant- client, fiduciary, doctor-patient, agent-client, or any other licensed-professional relationship between you and ROARANGE Business Strategies, LLC, its founder, employees, contractors, or the AI system.

6. Features in beta
ROARANGE.ai is a live product, but some features within it are still in beta testing and are labeled as such in the app. Those beta features — along with pricing, response quality, and availability of the service generally — may change without notice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Limited outbound AI calls
A limited pilot may let authorized customers approve a specific business call by Leo. Leo identifies itself as an AI assistant and names the customer it represents. The conversation is transcribed in real time so Leo can respond and prepare a summary, but the pilot does not retain an audio recording.
Recipients may ask not to be called again at any point. We record that request and block further pilot calls to that number. The Service also applies calling-hour and other safety controls, but no software control can establish that every call is lawful in every circumstance or jurisdiction.
The customer approving the call remains responsible for the call purpose, recipient information, required consent, prior opt-outs, and compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and industry-specific requirements. The pilot is not for unsolicited sales solicitation, political outreach, emergencies, harassment, or deceptive conduct.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROARANGE Business Strategies, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI output.
9. Privacy
ROARANGE Business Strategies, LLC and its team does not have access to your AI interactions (including conversations and uploaded documents) unless you choose to share information for human MBA review. Your business context is stored to personalize your ROARANGE.ai Advisor's responses. Your data is not used to train public AI models. Do not share information you are not authorized to share.
